Job Overview
As an Account Executive (Government Sales), you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving adoption of Flam’s platform across federal, state, and local government, as well as education and public institutions. You will work closely with marketing, strategy, and product teams to deliver high-impact campaigns for leading brands.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Experience supporting the Public Sector market (government, education, state/local agencies, or related entities).
- Identify client needs and consultatively recommend Flam’s MR solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing, and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast revenue.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing—preferably in adtech, martech, SaaS, or digital media.
- Experience supporting the Public Sector market (government, education, state/local agencies, or related entities).
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, brand marketing, and campaign metrics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Self-motivated, curious, and obsessed with solving customer problems.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
