Job Brief: We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive deep, trusted relationships with our most strategic clients. You’ll be responsible for maximizing value, ensuring retention, and identifying growth opportunities — acting as the voice of the customer across the org.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you’ll work directly with CXOs, product owners, and brand teams to help them get the most out of Flam’s platform.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers across verticals.
- Own post-sale success: onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth.
- Lead strategic conversations with customers, including QBRs, value reviews, and roadmapping.
- Identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities in partnership with sales and product teams.
- Collaborate with Product to share customer feedback and inform the roadmap.
- Track key health metrics: usage, engagement, risk signals, and satisfaction.
- Work cross-functionally with Support, Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Create customer-facing assets: success stories, training decks, use case frameworks.
- What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services roles.
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts (ideally in SaaS, martech, or creative platforms).
- Excellent relationship-building skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial mindset — ability to spot and close expansion opportunities.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts with a high level of attention.
- Confident in running structured calls, executive reviews, and presenting ROI/value.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, or HubSpot is a plus.
