Flam is building AI Infrastructure for Brands in Immersive Advertising spanning across all channels viz. Digital, Broadcast TV, Retail, Communications, Print, OOH etc.

Flam aims to redefine how consumers interact with ads, content in every shape and form, retail aisles, live broadcasts and fan moments—turning content and interfaces into shoppable, shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI. Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million.

The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences in <300 ms on any smartphone—no app download required. The same infra already powers advertising for Google, Samsung, Emirates and hundreds of global enterprises & agency powerhouses.

Key Focus Areas:

Product Roadmap: Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.
Geography: Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.
Partnerships: Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.

What you'll do: 
  • Facilities Operations: Oversee daily facilities operations, including cleanliness,maintenance, and safety compliance. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and third‑party vendors to maintain standards. 
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, security, maintenance, pantry, travel, and office‑supply vendors. Ensure timely, cost‑effective services. 
  • Office Supplies & Pantry: Manage inventory of office supplies and pantry stock; ensure timely reorder and replenishment. 
  • Maintenance Tracking: Monitor and log maintenance requests; follow up to ensure prompt resolution. 
  • Events & Visitor Logistics: Support internal events, team celebrations, and visitor reception logistics. 
  • Workplace Setup: Assist with seat allocation, desk management, and new joiner workspace setup. 
  • Equipment Monitoring: Monitor office equipment, identify issues, and raise service requests as needed. 
  • Contracts & Assets: Assist with contracts related to assets, supplies, and facilities services. 
  • Employee Support: Act as point of contact for minor facility-related concerns and requests from employees. 
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate employee travel (flight, train, taxi, hotel) per travel policy. Liaise with vendors to ensure bookings are cost-effective and timely. Support emergency or last‑minute travel changes. 
 
What we’re looking for: 
 
  • Experience: 2–3 years in an admin, facilities, or operations support role. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). 
  • Coordination: Excellent follow-up and organization skills; ability to mange multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. 
  • Mindset: Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate and resolve issues independently. 
 
Preferred Qualifications : 
 
  • Experience working in a startup or technology-oriented environment. 
  • Familiarity with facilities tools or ticketing systems (e.g. CMMS or help‑desk software) is a plus.
