The same infra already powers advertising for Google, Samsung, Emirates and hundreds of global enterprises & agency powerhouses.

Product Roadmap: Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.
Geography: Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.
Partnerships: Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.
Job Overview
We are seeking an Agency Partnerships Lead with strong experience in advertising sales and publisher partnerships to drive Flam’s growth in Japan. This role will be responsible for building and scaling relationships with top advertising agencies, media networks, and publishers, creating high-impact partnerships that deliver both revenue and long-term brand value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Flam’s agency & publisher partnership strategy in Japan.
- Build senior-level relationships with agencies, holding companies, and publishers.
- Drive revenue growth through partnerships, negotiations, and joint business plans.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to deliver market-specific GTM strategies.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with agencies and publishers.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in Japan.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Represent Flamapp.ai at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations.
Requirements
- 15-20 years of experience in advertising sales, agency partnerships, or publisher sales in Japan.
- Strong network across major media agencies and publishers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Native-level Japanese; strong English communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth companies or startups preferred.
- Passion for technology, media, and innovation in the digital advertising space.
