The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences in <300 ms on any smartphone—no app download required. The same infra already powers advertising for Google, Samsung, Emirates and hundreds of global enterprises & agency powerhouses.
Key Focus Areas:
Product Roadmap: Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.
Geography: Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.
Partnerships: Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.
Role Overview
The Creative Director for Government Business will lead the creative vision, strategy, and execution of all design, communication, and storytelling initiatives aimed at government clients, public sector programs, and policy-driven campaigns. This role requires a strong blend of creative leadership, stakeholder management, and an understanding of government communication frameworks, compliance, and public impact.
You will work closely with government sales, policy, marketing, and product teams to craft compelling, compliant, and high-impact creative solutions that align with public sector priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy and Leadership
- Define and drive the overall creative direction for government-focused projects, campaigns, and proposals.
- Translate complex government policies, programs, and initiatives into clear, engaging, and visually compelling narratives.
- Build and lead a high-performing creative team, including designers, visual storytellers, and multimedia specialists.
- Establish creative standards, brand guidelines, and best practices for government communications.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to understand their objectives, messaging needs, and constraints.
- Partner with the government sales and partnerships team to support pitches, tenders, presentations, and demo materials.
- Present creative concepts to senior government officials and internal leadership with clarity and confidence.
Content and Campaign Development
- Oversee the creation of visual content, presentations, videos, interactive media, infographics, and reports tailored for government audiences.
- Ensure all creative outputs are accurate, compliant, and aligned with public sector communication norms.
- Develop storytelling frameworks that highlight social impact, governance outcomes, and citizen engagement.
Innovation and Impact
- Introduce innovative formats such as AI-driven visuals, interactive experiences, and digital storytelling tailored for public sector use cases.
- Stay ahead of design, media, and technology trends relevant to government communication.
- Measure and improve the effectiveness of creative outputs based on feedback and outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing, policy, and engineering teams to align creative assets with solutions and offerings.
- Support bid responses, tender submissions, and proposal designs with strong visual and narrative elements.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5 + years of experience in creative leadership, design, advertising, or brand storytelling.
- Prior experience working with government, public sector, or large institutional clients is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, presentations, campaigns, and multimedia work.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear, visually engaging content.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, and AI creative platforms is a plus.
