Flam aims to redefine how consumers interact with ads, content in every shape and form, retail aisles, live broadcasts and fan moments—turning content and interfaces into shoppable, shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI. Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million.

The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences in <300 ms on any smartphone—no app download required. The same infra already powers advertising for Google, Samsung, Emirates and hundreds of global enterprises & agency powerhouses.

Key Focus Areas:

Product Roadmap: Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.
Geography: Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.
Partnerships: Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.

About the Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support our data-driven initiatives across product and business functions. This role will focus on building dashboards, creating charts, and conducting analytics based on specific business and product requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, basic technical skills, and a curiosity to explore data to generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert business and product requirements into structured dashboards and reports.
  • Build clear and insightful charts that monitor performance, KPIs, and user journeys.
  • Analyze user behavior on app and web platforms (funnels, retention, conversions, engagement).
  • Work with tools like PostHog to track and evaluate user actions.
  • Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases (including MBase).
  • Use beginner-level Python for data cleaning, transformation, and exploratory analysis.
  • Translate raw data into actionable insights that support product and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business teams, and engineers to align analysis with requirements.
  • Assist with on-demand reporting and performance reviews.
  • Support data requests across teams in a timely and accurate manner.

Skills & Qualifications
  • SQL (queries, joins, aggregations).
  • Beginner-level Python (basic scripting, Pandas/Numpy).
  • Familiarity with PostHog or similar product analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude).
  • Exposure to MBase or relational database systems.
  • Basic knowledge of visualization/dashboard tools (Metabase, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
  • Ability to structure and interpret data to address business questions.
  • Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort working with product and business stakeholders to define metrics.

Soft Skills
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, and frameworks.
