Flam is building the next generation of interactive media through its content format. We are an AI-native technology company transforming how brands and consumers interact through immersive, interactive content. Our technology enables rich, app-less experiences that can be launched instantly on smartphones, creating a fundamentally different way for brands to engage consumers. We are backed by leading investors and already work with some of the world's largest brands. We are now building Flicks, our interactive media format for the US market.
About the role
As a Graphic Designer, you will explore the AI tools Flam is building to create the next generation of immersive experiences. Your ideas will go beyond static visuals and can come alive as animated, interactive and immersive experiences.
What you will do
Develop visual concepts, key visuals and storyboards for immersive experiences.
Work on projects for government ministries, state governments, tourism boards and public-sector organisations.
Turn complex information and stories into clear, compelling visual narratives.
Work closely with 2D and 3D artists, motion designers and creative teams to bring your ideas to life.
Explore AI-generated visuals, 3D, motion and emerging creative technologies.
Take ideas from concept to final immersive experience.
Work on global brands and advertising projects alongside government and tourism work.
What we're looking for
2–3 years of experience in visual design, advertising, digital or creative studios (internships count).
Agency experience is preferred.
Strong visual and conceptual thinking.
Excellent understanding of composition, typography, colour and storytelling.
A portfolio that shows ideas.
Someone who understands how a visual can evolve into motion, 3D and interaction. Curiosity about AI and emerging creative technologies.
Ability to collaborate, experiment and move quickly.
Willing to work night shifts, 5 days a week from our Bengaluru office.
Build with AI. Not just use it.
At Flam, designers are part of the AI platform creation process.
You’ll get early access to the AI tools and platforms Flam is building before they are released to the public. You’ll experiment with them, push their creative possibilities and work directly with our tech teams to shape how these tools evolve.
This is an opportunity to have active design participation in building the next generation of AI-powered creative platforms — rather than simply being a user of existing AI tools.
Why Flam?
Because here, your design doesn't stop at a static frame.
Your idea could become a 3D world.
Your storyboard could become an immersive experience.
Your visual could become part of a global campaign seen by millions.
Your feedback could help shape an AI product before the world sees it.
You'll work alongside 2D, 3D, motion, AI and technology teams, and see your ideas move from concept to something people can actually experience. If you're an agency designer looking for a place where advertising meets technology, design meets AI, and ideas come alive, come build with us at Flam. Design what's next. Build the tools that make it possible.
