About the Role :
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Lead Brand Manager to lead our brand vision, narrative, and presence across markets. This role will drive all aspects of brand strategy, content, social, influencer, PR to elevate our brand awareness, preference, and engagement. You will build and scale a high-performing team and work cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership to ensure consistent brand storytelling & execution of incredible brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Strategy & Leadership
- Own and define the overall brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
- Develop a cohesive brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
- Lead integrated brand campaigns from concept to execution to measurement.
- Create frameworks for brand consistency across the company.
Content, Creative & Storytelling :
- Oversee development of high-quality content across social, blog, email, website, and campaigns.
- Partner with creative teams to produce compelling brand assets, videos, and mixed-reality content.
- Maintain a strong editorial voice aligned with the brand’s vision and audience.
Public Relations (PR) & Communications:
- Own PR strategy to strengthen brand visibility, credibility, and thought leadership
- Build and manage relationships with media, journalists, editors, and PR agencies
- Drive press coverage through press releases, media pitches, product launches, and announcements
- Manage CXO visibility through interviews, bylines, podcasts, and speaking opportunities
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management when required
- Track PR impact through media coverage, share of voice, and sentiment analysis
Social Media & Influencer Marketing :
- Lead strategy across all social media platforms - organic, paid, and community.
- Build and manage influencer partnerships that drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Own social analytics and ensure continuous improvement through data insights.
Campaigns & Go-to-Market :
- Plan and execute brand and product launch campaigns.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams on GTM messaging and materials.
- Develop brand playbooks, media plans, and storytelling guidelines.
Research, Analytics & Insights :
- Conduct brand audits, market research, and competitor benchmarking.
- Define and monitor brand KPIs: awareness, perception, share of voice, engagement, traffic, etc.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and scale a team across brand, content, social, and PR.
- Set clear goals, processes, and performance frameworks.
- Drive a culture of creativity, experimentation, and excellence.
Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
- Proven experience managing brand for a fast-paced tech, consumer, or creative company.
- Strong expertise in content, social & PR
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and creative judgment.
- Experience managing agencies, influencers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, ambiguous, and creative environment.
Nice-to-Haves :
- Experience in building and scaling technology orgs
- Built brand functions from scratch or scaled them significantly
