Role Overview :
We are looking for a experienced iOS Engineer to lead the development of our enterprise SDKs. You won't just be building apps; you’ll be building the engine that powers them. You will own the SDK architecture, ensure sub-millisecond performance, and solve complex bridging challenges between our GenAI C++ core and the iOS ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
- Architecture & Design: Own the end-to-end design of scalable, thread-safe, and modular iOS SDKs.
- Performance Engineering: Optimize SDK footprint (binary size) and execution speed (memory/CPU) for high-fidelity MR.
- Low-Level Integration: Lead the implementation of Objective-C++ wrappers to bridge high-performance C++ libraries.
- Distribution Leadership: Manage the automated release pipeline across CocoaPods, SPM, and XCFrameworks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Gen-AI R&D team to translate cutting-edge 3D research into production-ready SDK features.
Required Skills:
- SDK Building: 2/3+ years of experience specifically in SDK/Framework development (not just app development).
- Language Polyglot: Deep proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, and Objective-C++ (If don't have experience in Objc/Objc++, should be willing to quickly learn and contribute).
- System Frameworks: Good understanding of AVFoundation, Camera APIs, and low-level system internals.
- Dev-First Mindset: Proven track record of delivering "developer-first" products with seamless API designs.
- Problem Solving: Strong debugging skills using LLDB, Instruments, and memory profilers.
Bonus Skills:
- Graphics: Hands-on experience with Metal or OpenGL for real-time rendering.
- Enterprise Experience: Prior experience shipping SDKs on scale.
- Infrastructure: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions etc) for automated SDK versioning.
