About the Role :
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Manager – Advertising Sales to lead revenue growth by building strong client relationships, driving ad sales, and delivering impactful advertising solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, consultative selling, and team management to scale business with brands, agencies, and partners.
Key Responsibilities :
Revenue Growth & Sales Execution
- Drive advertising sales targets across digital, media, and experiential platforms.
- Identify new business opportunities, pitch innovative solutions, and close deals with brands and agencies.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
Client & Agency Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across agencies and direct clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering customised ad solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
Campaign Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (product, content, marketing, ad-ops) to develop creative, data-driven advertising solutions.
- Translate client briefs into executable campaigns and oversee end-to-end delivery.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization and upsell opportunities.
Leadership & Team Contribution
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives (if applicable).
- Contribute to building sales playbooks, best practices, and scalable processes.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in advertising/media/digital sales with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong network across agencies, brands, and advertisers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience working in digital-first, fast-paced environments is a plus.
