Flam is building AI Infrastructure for Brands in Immersive Advertising spanning across all channels viz. Digital, Broadcast TV, Retail, Communications, Print, OOH etc.

Flam aims to redefine how consumers interact with ads, content in every shape and form, retail aisles, live broadcasts and fan moments—turning content and interfaces into shoppable, shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI. Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million.

The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences in <300 ms on any smartphone—no app download required. The same infra already powers advertising for Google, Samsung, Emirates and hundreds of global enterprises & agency powerhouses.

Key Focus Areas:

Product Roadmap: Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.
Geography: Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.
Partnerships: Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.

About the Role :

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Manager – Advertising Sales to lead revenue growth by building strong client relationships, driving ad sales, and delivering impactful advertising solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, consultative selling, and team management to scale business with brands, agencies, and partners.

Key Responsibilities :

Revenue Growth & Sales Execution
  • Drive advertising sales targets across digital, media, and experiential platforms.
  • Identify new business opportunities, pitch innovative solutions, and close deals with brands and agencies.
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
Client & Agency Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across agencies and direct clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering customised ad solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
Campaign Strategy & Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams (product, content, marketing, ad-ops) to develop creative, data-driven advertising solutions.
  • Translate client briefs into executable campaigns and oversee end-to-end delivery.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization and upsell opportunities.
Leadership & Team Contribution
  • Mentor and guide junior sales executives (if applicable).
  • Contribute to building sales playbooks, best practices, and scalable processes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in advertising/media/digital sales with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong network across agencies, brands, and advertisers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience working in digital-first, fast-paced environments is a plus.
