Flam aims to redefine how consumers interact with ads, content in every shape and form, retail aisles, live broadcasts and fan moments—turning content and interfaces into shoppable, shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI. Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million.
The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences in <300 ms on any smartphone—no app download required. The same infra already powers advertising for Google, Samsung, Emirates and hundreds of global enterprises & agency powerhouses.
Key Focus Areas:
Product Roadmap: Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.
Geography: Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.
Partnerships: Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Motion Graphics Designer who can bring ideas to life through high-quality motion design, animation, and visual storytelling. The role involves creating compelling videos, brand visuals, social content, mixed reality assets, and campaign-driven motion pieces for high-impact brands and government initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver visually strong and strategically aligned outputs.
What You’ll Do
- Develop visually striking motion graphics, animations, and video assets for brand campaigns, social media, websites, and MR experiences.
- Work closely with creative directors, designers, and editors to concept, storyboard, and execute animations.
- Create 2D and 3D motion assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Edit video footage and integrate motion design elements seamlessly.
- Design visual systems and animation templates for recurring content.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, pitching visual styles and animation concepts.
- Prepare assets for multi-format delivery including digital, print-triggered MR, and OOH campaigns.
- Manage timelines, deliver iterations, and maintain high-quality output under deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in motion graphics design.
- Strong command of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools (basic to intermediate).
- Ability to create clean, modern, high-impact animation styles.
- Strong understanding of typography, color, pacing, transitions, and composition.
- Ability to take a brief from concept to final delivery.
- Strong attention to detail, visual finesse, and storytelling instincts.
- Comfortable working on tight timelines and adapting to feedback efficiently.
