The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences in <300 ms on any smartphone - no app download required.
The same infra already powers advertising for Google, Samsung, Emirates and hundreds of global enterprises & agency powerhouses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-quality motion graphics for video deliverables (e.g., explainer videos, social media content, advertisements, intros/outros, animated infographics).
- Edit podcast episodes, including audio cleanup, noise reduction, sound leveling, and music integration.
- Create video versions of podcast episodes for YouTube and social platforms (with lower-thirds, animated intros, titles, etc.).
- Create motion-led campaign videos and short-form, reel-first content optimised for social platforms.
- Ensure Consistency with brand identity and visual guidelines across all video and motion content.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and production teams to understand project needs and deliver on time.
- Integrate music, Voiceover, sound effects, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Maintain an organized project file structure for all editing and design assets.Stay updated with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to content creation.
- Implement AI tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality of work delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a motion graphics designer and video editor( Portfolio or demo reel required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro,Photoshop, Illustrator (Blender or similar is a plus).
- Solid understanding of video codecs, formats, and post-production workflows.
- Strong storytelling, typography, layout, and animation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually impactful content.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in motion design and video editing.
- Experience with social media video formats (Instagram Reels and YouTube).
- Knowledge of colour correction and sound design.
