Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million.
The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences in <300 ms on any smartphone no app download required. The same infra already powers advertising for Google, Samsung, Emirates and hundreds of global enterprises & agency powerhouses.
Key Focus Areas:
Product Roadmap: Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.
Geography: Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.
Partnerships: Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.
About the Role :
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of brand, storytelling, and AI-powered creativity. You’ll lead visual execution across campaigns, work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor a junior designer, and help shape a future-ready design language for a fast-growing AI brand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and execute end-to-end visual design for marketing campaigns across digital, social, web, product marketing, and brand initiatives.
- Leverage AI design tools (e.g. generative image/video tools, AI-assisted workflows) to ideate, iterate, and scale creative output efficiently.
- Translate marketing briefs into high-impact visuals that align with brand strategy and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Content, and Growth teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across touch points.
- Mentor and manage a junior designer, providing feedback, reviews, and creative direction.
- Present concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Stay updated with emerging design, AI, and marketing trends.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within marketing teams or creative agencies
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital marketing assets, and visual storytelling
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and openness to experimenting with new workflows
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and relevant AI design platforms
- Experience working with well-known or large brands and high-visibility campaigns
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage timelines, handle feedback, and work independently
- Prior experience guiding or managing a junior designer
