Flam aims to redefine how consumers interact with ads, content in every shape and form, retail aisles, live broadcasts and fan moments—turning content and interfaces into shoppable, shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI. Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million.
The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences in <300 ms on any smartphone—no app download required. The same infra already powers advertising for Google, Samsung, Emirates and hundreds of global enterprises & agency powerhouses.
Key Focus Areas:
Product Roadmap: Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.
Geography: Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.
Partnerships: Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.
About the Role :
As a Senior Graphic Designer with 8-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, creative designs that align with brand objectives and effectively communicate messages across digital and print media. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage complex projects. mentor junior designers, and ensure consistency and innovation in all creative output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Execution: Lead the creation of compelling visual content for print, digital, and branding materials, such as websites, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, advertisements, packaging, and corporate reports.
- Creative Strategy & Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing, product,and brand teams to understand objectives and create visually impactful design solutions that align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, managing timelines, deadlines, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers,offering guidance, feedback, and support to foster their growth and ensure quality standards are upheld across all design projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, copywriting,product, etc.) to execute design concepts that meet business goals and customer needs.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs adhere to established brand guidelines while making necessary recommendations for the evolution of the brand’s visual identity.
- Client Interaction & Feedback: Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders,accept feedback, and make revisions as necessary to meet objectives while maintaining a high standard of creative quality.
- Quality Control: Review final design materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all visual assets. Ensure that all designs are properly formatted for both digital and print production.
- Trend Awareness & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are modern, fresh, and innovative.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Design Expertise: Proficiency in design principles (typography, layout, colour theory ,etc.) and ability to create visually engaging designs across multiple platforms.
- Advanced Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead design projects and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present design concepts, collaborate with teams, and articulate ideas to clients or senior stakeholders.
- Time Management & Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects while maintaining high quality and efficiency.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of design to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visual excellence.
- Problem-Solving & Creativity: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to create innovative solutions for complex design challenges.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of professional experience in graphic design, including expertise in both print and digital media.
- Proven experience leading design projects, working with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, including branding, marketing collateral, digital content, and web design.
