About Flam
Flam builds AI models and products for interactive content, taking the internet beyond videos. We've raised a $40M Series B led by QED Investors, with Shah Rukh Khan among our backers.
Our products (three AI-native interactive formats):
Flicks: one video that holds multiple variations. Viewers can swap the character, product or scene with under 10ms switching latency, and AI compression cuts asset size by about 60%.
Airboards: high-fidelity 3D streamed like video through the camera interface. Viewers interact by touch, voice and haptics, with no app download and about 300ms to first buffer.
Visual Agents: photoreal talking avatars created from a single image, conversing with natural expressions in 60+ languages at about 800ms latency.
Our models:
Fable 2.0 is a flow-matching diffusion transformer for product animation and 3D content.
Fantom 1.0 synthesises identity-preserving video from a single face image plus audio.
Falcon 1.0 is a 26B-parameter Mixture-of-Experts LLM.
Finesse 1.0 is a non-autoregressive speech engine for multilingual TTS in 60+ languages.
Forge 1.0 is a video editing model for object, character and environment swaps.
Brands ship Flams through web embeds, shareable links (ads, social, SMS, email) and Flam Codes on physical channels such as outdoor, CTV, retail and events.
The role
You'll own how Flam's products and models are positioned, launched and sold. We have three products and five in-house models, so you'll turn technical depth into a clear story that CMOs, performance marketers, commerce teams and agencies want to buy.
What you'll do
Own positioning, messaging and value props for Flicks, Airboards and Visual Agents, and connect them into one platform narrative
Translate model capabilities (Fable, Fantom, Falcon, Finesse, Forge) into customer-facing benefits and proof points
Plan and run launches end to end: narrative, assets, enablement, launch channels and post-launch measurement
Build sales enablement for a growing US sales team: decks, battlecards, demo narratives, objection handling and case studies
Define use cases and ICPs by vertical (e.g. commerce, CPG, beauty, entertainment, enterprise support)
Track competitors across gen-AI video, interactive ads, avatar and conversational-AI platforms
Work with Product on roadmap input, pricing and packaging, and customer feedback loops
Partner with Growth, Social/Content and Events for consistent messaging across channels
Measure impact: pipeline influenced, win rates, adoption and message resonance
What we're looking for
5–10 years in product marketing at an AI, adtech, martech, creative-tech or developer/enterprise platform company
Experience taking a new product or category to market
Able to understand generative AI (video, speech, LLMs) well enough to explain it simply and credibly
Familiarity with how brands and agencies buy creative, media and commerce tech
Strong writing, storytelling and executive presentation skills
Track record of working closely with sales on enablement and deal support
Comfort with ambiguity and building from zero
Nice to have
Experience marketing gen-AI, avatar, interactive video or e-commerce experience products
Background in performance marketing, CTV or omni-channel campaigns
Early-stage or Series A–C experience
