About Flam
Flam is building the next generation of content experiences — an AI-native, app-less interactive format that enables brands to create richer and more immersive consumer experiences. We are building our U.S. presence from the ground up, and we want Flam to become one of the most recognized and talked-about companies at the intersection of advertising, AI, media and technology. We are looking for a Social & Content Marketing Lead who can make that happen.
The Mission
Make Flam impossible to ignore in the U.S. advertising and technology ecosystem. You will own Flam's U.S. social and content engine, working closely with our CEO, founders, events team and community team to turn everything Flam is doing into stories, conversations and cultural moments.
What You'll Own
1. Build Flam's U.S. Social Strategy
Develop and own Flam's U.S. social media strategy and editorial calendar.
Build a consistent and distinctive Flam voice across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Identify the topics, formats and conversations that matter to U.S. marketers, agencies, advertisers and technology leaders.
Experiment continuously with new formats, platforms and content ideas.
2. Create Content
Write and produce high-quality content across short-form posts, videos, graphics, interviews, event content and thought leadership.
Turn complex product and technology concepts into simple, compelling stories.
Develop recurring content series that can build audience and recognition over time.
Create rapid-turnaround content around events, product launches, customer moments and industry news.
3. Build Founder & Executive Presence
Work directly with Flam's CEO and founders to develop their U.S. presence on social media.
Identify ideas and conversations where leadership can add a distinctive point of view.
Turn founder conversations, meetings, events and observations into compelling content.
Develop executive thought-leadership programs.
4. Own the Event-to-Content Engine
Work closely with the Field & Event Marketing Manager before, during and after major events.
Create pre-event anticipation campaigns.
Produce real-time event content.
Capture founder, customer and industry conversations.
Turn events into post-event content, insights and storytelling.
Ensure every major event creates a sustained content footprint rather than disappearing after the event ends.
5. Amplify the Community
Work closely with the Community & Ecosystem Manager to identify interesting people, conversations and stories.
Highlight community members, industry experts, partners and customers.
Create content that encourages conversation rather than one-way broadcasting.
Identify opportunities for collaborations, interviews and co-created content.
6. Build Brand Recognition
Track conversations around Flam, competitors, AI, advertising and emerging content formats.
Identify opportunities for Flam to participate in relevant cultural and industry moments.
Build relationships with creators, industry voices, journalists, analysts and influencers.
Develop campaigns designed specifically to increase Flam's visibility in the U.S. market.
What We're Looking For
3–7 years of experience in social media, content marketing, brand marketing, media, technology or a related field.
Experience building social presence for a technology, AI, SaaS, advertising, media or startup brand.
Exceptional writing and storytelling ability.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and B2B social media.
Hands-on experience creating short-form video and visual content.
Strong understanding of what makes content shareable and conversation-worthy.
Excellent taste and strong creative judgment.
Comfortable working directly with founders and senior executives.
Highly proactive, fast-moving and comfortable with ambiguity.
Strong interest in AI, advertising, media, technology and internet culture.
We are looking for someone who thinks: What can we say that people will actually want to talk about?
